  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations and standards, such as HIPAA for patient privacy and ONC-ATCB certification for EHR systems.
  • Product Launch and Marketing: Work with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product launches, and to create sales and marketing materials.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze product performance using key metrics, and use this data to make decisions about future enhancements and improvements.

Required & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, computer science, or business.
  • Experience in product management and a strong understanding of healthcare systems and EHRs are required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience product management is required, preferably in the healthcare technology industry, working with EHR systems or similar healthcare technologies. Experience in a clinical setting a plus.
  • Strong technical skills, solid understanding of software development practices, data management, systems integration, and user interface design.
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of clinical workflows, health information management, healthcare regulations (like HIPAA and HITECH), and standards for health information exchange (such as HL7 and FHIR) required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and effectively conveying the product vision and strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed for analyzing market trends, understanding user needs, making data-driven decisions, and overcoming challenges that arise during product development.
