Position Title: Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

Experience Requirements:

– Minimum of three years of graphic design experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an agency or fashion environment.

– Demonstrable proficiency in multi-channel design, including but not limited to email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media content.

 

Technical Skills:

– Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

– Strong understanding of branding principles and the capability to adapt designs across various brands and platforms.

– Familiarity with project management software, particularly Asana, for effective management and prioritization of multiple projects.

 

Core Responsibilities:

– Develop visually compelling, contemporary designs for a range of channels, ensuring adherence to brand consistency while maintaining each brand’s unique identity.

– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to comprehend project requirements and produce innovative design solutions.

– Efficiently manage and prioritize concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on the quality of output.

 

Educational Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

 

Professional Competencies:

– Demonstrated experience in omni-channel design with a varied portfolio.

– Exceptional communication skills for effective articulation of design concepts and teamwork.

– Ability to excel in a rapid, dynamic work environment and adjust to changing project demands.

– Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

 

Desirable Additional Qualifications:

– Experience in creating engaging, conversion-oriented designs for e-commerce platforms.

– Familiarity with HTML/CSS, particularly for email design, is a plus.

– Proficiency in motion graphics and animation.

– Keen awareness of industry trends and a dedication to ongoing learning and development.

– A positive, collaborative mindset with the capacity to work autonomously.

 

Note:

This role is based in New York City and requires in-office attendance for a minimum of four days per week. Remote employment will be considered for exceptional candidates.
