Description of the offer

Shakespeare Theatre Company seeks a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. The Graphic Designer works with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications to maintain the creative direction for STC and its communication vehicles, including production identities, print advertising, direct mail, electronic communications, video, and web assets. The Graphic Designer also maintains STC’s visual brand, designing and managing multiple creative and design projects in support of STC including key art for upcoming productions. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and an annual salary of $52,000 – $54,000.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related visual arts degree, with 2-4 years graphic design experience, and expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects or Premiere Pro. Experience working with printers, web developers, and photographers is preferred but not essential. Please note that this position is hybrid, with three days per week on-site.
