Scope of Role

Reporting to our Web Marketing & Design Manager, the design team at ITRS is united by a shared enthusiasm for the craft of design, amidst a global marketing team that recognizes design as a fundamental part of our success. We’re in search of a world-class Graphic Designer who excels in pushing design boundaries, and can take our visual identity to the next level.

You will be supported by a collaborative team of accomplished designers and marketers within our global organization, all dedicated to ensuring your success in this role. If you’re a passionate Graphic Designer with an interest in working for a tech company with a supportive and fun culture, ITRS offers the perfect opportunity! This is a full-time position based at our Alphen aan den Rijn office, with a balanced blend of on-site and remote work flexibility.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Develop original concepts and ideas for digital artwork, spanning from digital to print

• Produce cutting-edge illustrations, graphics, and multimedia content including eBooks, whitepapers, datasheets, solution briefs, digital advertising, website visuals, blog and social graphics, conference and event materials, and slide decks
• Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints
• Push creative boundaries and bring fresh perspectives to the brand’s visual elements, ensuring that the brand evolves while maintaining its core identity
• Find creative solutions to design-related problems
• Articulate design concepts and ideas to team members and partners, and be open to review

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each is completed within set timelines and meets quality standards

You will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing digital and offline illustrations, showcasing an ability to stay at the forefront of contemporary design trends
• 2+ years experience in a similar role

• Experience communicating complex, technical concepts through visual representations
• Excellent design, color and typographic skills
• High level of expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch
• Precise approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy, consistency in branding
