We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator for our French market so you need to be fluent in French and have a clear understanding about how the influencer environment works in that specific market.

• From the first day, you will be communicating with influencers and agencies, to make sure everything is on track. You will be present and responsive to provide assistance when the influencer is creating content. They may need guidance or a creative push in the right direction.
• You should book in order to meet their given KPIs as the main goal is to bring performance to the client’s brand.
• You will work, together with the team, to create impacting and amazing scripts, in order to have high quality content. You’ll be cooperating with them in every project and make sure everything is organized.
• In your daily organization tasks, you will be sending support messages and answering questions to influencers, sending reminders so that they meet the campaigns deadlines, Follow-up emails to thank them for their participation and letting them know the next steps.
• Lastly, you will be in charge of researching relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.

• You know how to handle more than one project and deadline at a time
• You have excellent communication skills, whether in-person, on video calls, or through emails and Slack/WhatsApp messages
• Attention to detail-oriented
• Ability to see the big picture and work on high-level strategy while still getting day-to-day tasks done well and on time
• Full autonomy to develop from daily simple tasks to complex ongoing projects
• A hunger to learn and improve your skills

Requirements

Which requirements you must have:

• Degree in Marketing / communication / business or similar.
• Fluent in english and french
• Comfort using digital tools and social media
• In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
