• Providing personable support to our riders via their channel of choice (phone, email, instant messenger and social media)
• Coordinating with our Operations team, delivery partners and in-house Bike Professors (next-level mechanics) to ensure delivery, maintenance and collection appointments go off without a hitch
• Following internal processes and SOPs with autonomy to raise a hand when you feel there’s something we could do better
• Proactively identifying rider feedback trends and developing creative solutions with a continuous improvement mindset
• Supporting with ad hoc tasks

As a remote freelance position, we can offer flexibility to define your own working hours and location – our hours of coverage are 9am-7pm, 7 days a week
