You Are 

• A leading designer with at least five years of UI/UX design experience under your belt, including managing and growing design teams

• An innovator in your field that is continuously learning how the most modern Experience Design trends, principles, and best practices are impacting peoples’ lives

• Capable of guiding clients, or stakeholders, through design blueprints and articulating the processes required for achieving them

• Willing to learn how the ServiceNow platform will affect the solutions you design

• A go-to member of the design team for working directly with your clients, stakeholders, and executives to identify design requirements, user journeys and ideal workflows through virtual and in-person workshops

• A collaborative team member able to take constructive feedback from clients and internal teams

• Highly skilled Adobe XD, Figma, or other prototyping software as well as Frontend development (Bootstrap, SCSS, HTML and CSS)

• An adventurer willing to travel up to 20% of the time 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead our Experience team in creating user experiences that solve real-world problems, follow client brand standards, and contribute to the expansion of our developed service offerings

• Collaborate with the leaders and developers on our Delivery team to provide them with the guidance they need to build dynamic, configurable site components, including style guides, state changes, and detailed mockups

• Be the face of the Servos Experience Design team for clients by building trusted relationships with stakeholders and being a lead participant in the full lifecycle of the design process to ensure integrity of solutions built

• Manage, guide, and mentor the Experience Design team members on best practices and being able to provide rich, top tier solutions

• Become familiar with the ServiceNow product as well as best practices for translating designs into it

• Lead the efforts of maintaining overall brand consistency across the organization through creation of marketing assets, internal brand awareness, brand expansion brainstorming, and more
