We are seeking an Executive Assistant with Recruitment experience, who possesses the following characteristics:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert in recruitment, especially in outbound recruiting and looking for new talents.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Well-organized and self-disciplined.
  • Takes initiative in searching out information and finding solutions.
  • Persistent and assertive, but not abrasive.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and ability to adjust daily work goals as needed.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage part-time the recruiting process – job postings, taking in inbound applicants, and especially outbound recruitment to look for passive candidates.
  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendars, calls, e-mail communications, meetings, etc.
  • Support the Executive Director in his daily responsibilities.
  • Documenting and following up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in recruitment – inbound & outbound
  • 2-4 years of experience in using Boolean search
  • 2-4 years of experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • 2-4 years of experience in assisting Executives or Directors
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a Recruitment firm is a plus
  • Willing to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST (12 midnight – 9 am PH time)
