Description of the offer

You will take our current product, brand, and interactive learning experiences vision to life. You will bring a passion for product development, design-thinking, user experience design, beautiful design, and, most importantly, a passion for helping our learners find and pursue a meaningful career.

This role is best suited for individuals with 5+ years of design experience touching multiple different design categories, such as brand, UX/UI, and interactive design.

 

 

The Role:

• Product Design (30%): Create new product features using sound UX fundamentals to support the implementation of these new features alongside our product and development teams.
• Visual Design (30%): Make beautiful design across product, CX, marketing, brand, and more as you stretch your design capacities across multiple channels.
• Brand & Marketing Assets (15%): Create and solidify a base for our new visual identity, helping create cohesion across all of our visual assets.
• Interactive Design & Content (15%): Leverage your own skills or work with interactive designers to bring video content to life for our learning content and social media needs.

 

Responsibilities:

As the Design Lead, you will be coming in at the time of our new product launch while subsequently planning future iterations and product features, revamping visual design across the organization, and looking at customer experience across all touch points. Your experience spans both design, product strategy, research, branding, and interaction design.

You want to start something new, and you’re comfortable building a team, strategy, operations, and design systems from scratch.

 

What we are looking for:

• Someone who has previously built partnerships with non-profit organizations in the workforce development space and with technology sector initiatives supporting efforts to close the opportunity gap
• Previous experience working in a sales role selling training or HR solutions to large technology companies
• An individual who has intimate knowledge of the challenges facing the digital skills gap and talent shortage across technology ecosystems
• Someone energetic who would love to be able to share the mission of Clicked with potential partners
• A creative soul looking to own content and social channels in order to achieve new learner growth and current community engagement
• A scrappy and resourceful go-getter who is always willing to roll up their sleeves to make something happen
