Role Description:
As a Delivery Manager at MLabs, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project deliveries, managing client expectations, and ensuring the successful execution of our key projects. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Managing and aligning customer expectations concerning project delivery.
• Conducting comprehensive research and providing support to clients for new projects.
• Facilitating cross-team communication for logistics and product shipment.
• Advocating Minimum Viable Product (MVP)-driven design choices to clients and development teams.
• Proactively identifying and eliminating obstacles hindering the development team’s progress.
• Negotiating beneficial compromises with clients to achieve positive outcomes.
• Actively engaging in the translation of white papers into high-level specifications and project planning.
• Escalating issues that transcend single projects, departments, or client scopes.
• Steering products towards MVP, meeting delivery targets, and ensuring readiness for audits.
• Assisting in Sales and facilitating new client onboarding procedures as necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of the Blockchain space, particularly Cardano, and familiarity with Catalyst and other blockchain ecosystem grant programs.
• Understanding of current and upcoming industry developments.
• Proficiency in Haskell programming.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Punctuality, attentiveness, and a strong focus on details.
• Previous experience in team leadership and project management is advantageous.
