This is a Work from Home position.

We are one of Canada’s premiere fundraising call centres helping to provide a warm and friendly voice to many of the largest and most respected charities in Canada. We contact current and past supporters to raise funds for important causes around the globe. There are no cold calls or high-pressure tactics, but we are a performance team and results matter. Inspire Direct Marketing is a Canadian fundraising agency on a mission to inspire fundraising.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years’ call centre experience
• You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week
• You are available evenings (10:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 7:00 PM on Friday, EST)
• You have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• You are technically savvy and self-reliant

Requirements:

• A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)
• A USB headset and webcam
• A secure high-speed internet (25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
• A private home office (with door)
