Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Creative Lead with 3-5 years of experience to head our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative strategies, leading design efforts, and collaborating across departments to bring projects to fruition. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.
• Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to create cohesive brand strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
• Present creative work to internal teams and key stakeholders.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing a creative team.
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
• Ability to work effectively, even under pressure, to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
