If you are a recent graduate filled with creativity and a passion for new ideas, we are looking for you! Nowbase is seeking someone to work closely with our founders as we prepare to launch our new social platform, Bamboo.

The Role:

This is an entry-level job, and you don’t need any prior work experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is imaginative, enjoys working with others, and is comfortable with handling a variety of changing tasks. Because startups like ours are always evolving, we want someone who is excited about being on a team with a young, dynamic company.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is interested in the future of the “creator economy.”
• Is a recent graduate keen on learning and trying new things.
• Is always working on multiple projects and loves to explore new possibilities, whether it’s in video, music, art, 3D printing, sculpting, photography, travel and more.
• Stays organized while working on many projects and can efficiently bring ideas to fruition.
• Is excited about the fast-paced nature of a tech startup, where tasks and responsibilities can change daily.
• Is proactive in sharing new ideas and solutions with the team.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Software skills that are a huge plus but not required:

• Google Workspaces
• Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dimension)
• Webflow
• Figma

What you’ll do:

• Create and edit sales and company pitch materials.
• Coordinate meeting schedules for the CEO and founders.
• Review and suggest improvements to our company’s public content, such as our website, app, and social media.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for both the company and yourself.

Note:

This is not an assistant role; you won’t be answering phones, fetching coffee, or running errands. We want you to grow with us and be an active part of our journey, not just a cog in the machine.

Bamboo is an app and web-based social platform where you can diversify your online presence by creating unique feeds for your various interests and communities, which allows your audiences to only follow the content they care about. Feeds on Bamboo can be as public or exclusive as you want – from 100% open to the web, to only accessible to paying subscribers.

Any of your feeds on Bamboo can also be collaborative, meaning you can invite co-hosts to post together. That way, you can all post through your independent profiles to a shared feed on a shared topic, which gives you more discoverability and lets you grow your independent brands together!
