We are now working as a team first, remote friendly company, arranging monthly get-togethers and regular team retreats. We also have a co-working space in London for collaboration and socialising.

We are looking for a creative Copywriter to join our amazing design team! You will elevate our brand voice and tone consistency across all platforms of token.com. Through your exceptional creative writing skills and mastery of UX copywriting, you will captivate our audience with compelling and persuasive content. Your impact will extend beyond conventional UX copy, as you expand written content capabilities and contribute to our seamless user journey. Collaborating with our product and design teams, you will actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and manage global communication to reach and engage our diverse audience. Your positive, can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills will play a pivotal role to achieve the collective success of token.com.

To help you best prepare, we’ve outlined the interview process for this role, we aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks:

• 30 minute google meet with someone from our Talent Team
• 1 hour google meet for a portfolio review with our Head of Design
• 45 minute google meet with our Global Growth Director
• Final 30-45 minute google meet call to meet some of the team

Requirements

About you:

What we’re looking for:

• You’ll have 4+ years of experience writing for a brand or an agency
• You’ll have excellent creative writing skills
• You’ll be an expert in writing captivating copy and bringing concepts to life
• You are well-versed in UX copywriting, having previously enhanced usability in your last position
• You have exceptional command of the english language
• You’ll be proficient in writing social media posts and shareable content
• You have experience in both internal and external writing.
• You are an expert in SEO and Keyword Optimisation
• You have experience working in cross-functional teams

We’ll be super impressed if you have the following:

• You have familiarity with the Web3 space
• You’re fluent in both Brazilian-Portuguese and English

What you’ll be doing:

• You will work closely with the design team to create UX copy for token.com
• You will work closely with our content team to develop engaging content materials
• You will actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas for events.
• You will manage the communication and language used for our global audience.
