Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Contract Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our product. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design and enhance features, ensuring they align with our user’s needs and business objectives. This is a contract position with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality user interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• USA citizenship or authorization to work in the USA.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on mobile app design.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
• Experience in designing for web-based applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
