PLEASE NOTE: This job is available to people in the Philippines only.

We are looking for a talented, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Specialized Customer
Service Representative. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service by providing quick and accurate
responses to our callers. You will be responsible for answering client inquiries via phone and/or e-mail and
assisting with the sign-up process.

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
• 45 hours a week / 5 days a week
• Willing to work on Sundays

Pay is $5/hour, paid bi-weekly through Wise. There will be bonuses based on performance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Interact with clients by phone and email
• Efficiently review client information
• Provide account status updates to clients
• Type detailed notes during client conversations

Qualifications:
• Professionalism: you take pride in the quality of service you provide
• Diligence: you understand that being thorough is crucial
• Critical Thinking: problem-solving and planning effectively and independently
• Tech-Savviness: able to navigate smartphone applications and computer functions, such
as using shortcuts for copy/paste, opening multiple tabs, email
• Excellent communication skills; discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Easily understand and apply new concepts
• 1 year work experience in a customer service environment
• Experience in an inbound call center environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to positively receive feedback
• Self-motivated

You are required to have a desktop and 2 monitors for this job.
