As the Business Strategy Lead, you’ll shape BreederDAO’s main strategy by collaborating with diverse teams to explore growth opportunities. You’ll establish, maintain, and monitor systems for managing risk-reward in ongoing projects and products, analyze business models using financial forecasts for data-driven decisions, and drive impactful changes to enhance our results, products, and processes.
You’ll also be responsible for the following:
● Develop and present strategic framework recommendations for the different products.
● Ensure the company’s roadmaps and plans for the different products are on track
● Update financial models based on each product’s periodic outcomes and strategies.
● Analyze and report key metrics related to business performance.
● Evaluate potential partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
● Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape.
● Conduct research to support business case development.
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
● At least 2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or other relatedfields
● Understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain technology, blockchain games, and decentralized applications
● Familiarity in the crypto space demonstrated through holding cryptocurrencies, participating in token sales, collecting NFTs, or showcasing a genuine interest for decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology.
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.
● Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to manipulate and analyze data.
● Comfortable working with Google Suite tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, to create reports and presentations.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
