Responsibilities

- Lender Follow-Up: They follow up with lenders to track the progress of mortgage applications, ensuring that all required information is provided and deadlines are met. This involves monitoring the status of applications and communicating updates to both the broker and the client.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Admin support is responsible for accurately entering client data into the mortgage broker’s systems or databases and maintaining comprehensive records of all transactions and interactions.
