We are looking for a top talent Brand Visual Designer that can take the brand/experience story to develop conceptual storytelling via visuals, UX and GUI through detailed executions to join the design function.  Work closely with Chief Digital Brand Innovation, Strategy, collaborate with creative writers, designers, program management, developers and marketing.

This role requires domain from concept to visual design, typography, composition, colors, GUI, digital user experience.  Understand business problems, translate strategies, stories and directions into compelling design solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on design sketch, concept development through design process from understanding the problems through visual designs executions.

• Communicating the rationale and design strategies on problem solving with storytelling solutions.

• Collaborate with strategists, project management, writers, developers and other teams for best results.

• Understand and take direction well.

• Familiar with communication mediums e.g. social media platforms, websites, print collateral, video, mobile and etc.

 

Required Skills/Experience 

• Demonstrate experienced with work samples, portfolios required for consideration

• Very strong storytelling design skills, Adobe CS

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured work environment

• Knowledge in latest web and social medium file requirements

• Positive personality, willing to take up challenges

• Accommodating to US time zones

• Ability to work independently, strong team player, deadline driven and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Design)

• Min 3- 5 years experience
