Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Description of the offer

Responsibilities: 

• Manage emails, calendar, and appointments
• Coordinate and schedule meetings
• Prepare and organize documents and reports
• Conduct research on various topics
• Manage social media accounts and content creation
• Handle customer service inquiries
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with project management software such as Trello or Asana
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant preferred
• High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
