We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter at National Fitness Center. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential customers with our state-of-the-art facilities and services. From personalized coaching and group fitness classes to cutting-edge equipment and family-friendly activities, we have it all under one roof.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for prospective members to tour our facilities and experience the National Fitness Center difference first-hand. Your main objective will be to create a positive and engaging experience for potential customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our fitness centers. You will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in joining National Fitness Center, and your ability to effectively communicate and establish rapport with potential customers will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to tour National Fitness Center facilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in our CRM system
  • Assist potential customers in understanding the benefits and features of National Fitness Center
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
