As the Account Management Leader, you’ll play a key role in Finexio’s growth and long-term success by driving the strategy and programs to support both business growth and customer experience. You will lead the customer experience across the organization while creating a persistent customer-first mindset. You will also oversee the customer lifecycle, ensuring a positive customer experience and effectively demonstrating the value proposition through the establishment and measurement of metrics for defining the relationship with customers and value to the business.
In this role, you will advise and consult with clients at the senior management/executive level providing industry insight, technology acumen, knowledge of business processes and support /expertise to clients. As part of serving internal and external clients, you should be comfortable with coordination across business units and maintaining client relationships.
