Lead Consultant (Optimization) – Lead Consultant of Real Time Optimization Project using AVEVATM Process Optimisation software.

Job Description:
Should be able to implement the following work independently with a support from team of consultants for Real Time Optimization Project for Refinery, Petrochemical Plant using AVEVATM Process Optimisation software.

Prepare the Functional Design Specification Documentation

Join the Functional Design Specification Review Meeting

Configure the AVEVATM Process Optimisation Application

Join the Model Review Meeting

Join the Factory Acceptance Test

Implement the Commissioning at site

Implement the Site Acceptance Test at site

Prepare the Project Documentations
Implement the Training Maintain Applications at site and at remote Support the Presale Activity with sales team
Expected to travel (domestic & International) ~ 40% during project implementation and presales support
Requirements:
Desired

Major in Chemical Engineering BS, MS, PhD
-
At least 8 years of working experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, EPC companies as process engineer
-
Has experience in use of process simulator at work such as PRO/II, HYSIS, Aspen Plus or PetroSIM for process simulation
Will be plus
-
Should be willing to work in cross functional teams as part of other application groups (APC, Production accounting)
-
Experience in implementation of APC (model predictive control) & Optimization projects will be preferred
-
Experience in implementation of Production Accounting projects will be preferred
-
Can speak and write English without much difficulty
