We are building an app that finds you in your most overwhelming life situations (anger, heartbreak, frustration, loneliness, depression, etc.) and returns you to a more grounded state. The Manifest toolkit includes meditations, affirmations, visualizations, breath work, and journaling prompts.

Job Summary — Be the Designer of AI Wellness
As our first designer, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping the technological landscape of our innovative AI-driven wellness platform. Your work will directly impact our mission to enhance mental health and wellness by crafting a seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design: Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile. Engage in user research and translate findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create design solutions. Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Gen Z Focused Design: Leverage a deep understanding of Gen Z behaviors, preferences, and trends in the design process. Ensure designs are relatable, engaging, and facilitate a viral user acquisition strategy.
- Design Execution and Iteration: Implement innovative design solutions from conception to final hand-off to engineering. Validate and iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual design consistency and brand continuity in all user interfaces. Develop and maintain a design system, UI kits, and user flows to streamline design and development.
- Adherence to Timelines: Manage and prioritize design workflows to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field. Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for mobile applications in the wellness/health tech space.
- Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and execution, across multiple projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other visual design tools. Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms.
- Gen Z Insight: Proven experience or knowledge in creating designs that appeal to Gen Z, supported by previous project examples.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Strong abilities in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders. Creative Mindset:
- Exceptional creativity, artistic skill, and a knack for innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A mentality that embraces ownership, innovative thinking, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluent in English.

- Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in mental health, wellness, and positively impacting the Gen Z demographic. Interest in affirmations, meditation, spirituality is also a bonus.
- Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest in app trends, technology, and wellness to fuel innovative design solutions.
