We are looking for a Website Marketing Manager to drive growth and continuous improvement to the Harvest website, our most valuable marketing asset.
In this role, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders (demand gen, product marketing, engineering, design, content, etc.) and external agency partners to develop, maintain, and support all marketing initiatives related to the Harvest website. These initiatives include, but are not limited to: SEO & CRO management, website performance monitoring, technical maintenance, implementation of web best practices, web development, and more.

Requirements
What You’ll Do:
You will serve as the gatekeeper of Harvest’s website, which includes:
- Website Performance Monitoring:
- Establish, maintain and update health metrics for the Harvest website
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for web metrics
- Configure, manage, monitor, and update Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc., in cross-collaboration with key business stakeholders and external agency partners
- Develop performance reports and dashboards to reflect website performance
- Identify and develop strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Management:
- Develop and implement CRO tests in collaboration with Demand Gen Lead and periodically with our external CRO agency partner
- Monitor test performance, establish and provide reporting metrics and recommendations based on each test
- Conceptualize new tests (design layout & content) working in collaboration with product marketing expert, designer and content writer
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Management:
- Working closely with Demand Gen lead and external SEO agency to implement SEO recommendations; provide input and contribute to overall SEO strategy based on visitor interaction/behavior
- Identify gaps/opportunities and make suggestions on ways to continuously update our site (content and structure) to improve SEO
- Monitor organic search rankings and provide regular reporting to Marketing team and agency partner
- Web Development & Technical Maintenance:
- Manage website content, conducting audits to eliminate redundant, outdated, or duplicate content
- Create and update landing pages in collaboration with the Demand Generation lead
- Implement design updates in collaboration with the Creative Design Manager, ensuring the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s design standards
- Create, update, and maintain CMS templates and modules
- Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
- Recommend and implement regular improvements to the user experience
- Ensure full compliance of the website with all laws and regulations (i.e. GDPR)
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
What You’ll Do:
- Proven work experience as a Website Marketing Manager, Online Marketing Manager or similar role (5+ years of experience preferred)
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Extensive knowledge of website performance/optimization principles and strategies
- Experience with CRM/CMS software (i.e., HubSpot; Built and maintained HubSpot CMS themes, templates, and modules, or a similar platform
- Highly proficient with HTML and CSS
- Basic knowledge of Javascript, HubL
- Experience managing code with Git
- Managed and maintained platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Optimizely, and more.
- Project management experience
- Detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot website issues in a timely, urgent manner
- Established key web metrics, identified areas for improvement, and implemented those changes
- Appetite and effort to stay up to date on the latest trends
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind to problem-solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering results
