Description of the offer

The web contest specialist will be responsible for migrating existing Eaton websites into a new content management system (Adobe Experience Manager) to support Eaton’s digital customer experience. Primary responsibilities include working with marketing managers and businesses to gather content, literature and other assets to load into the content management platform; choose content from the system that is relevant to the region; manage the translation process and localize content; test and validate country sites before launch.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate country and regional websites by working with content providers and stakeholders
• Gather local, regional and country requirements for websites
• Align local requirements with Global digital strategy
• Improve online presence by establishing and executing a regional plan for locally translated country sites displaying appropriate products and market solutions offered in each country
• Become subject matter expert for segment/region needs and communicate to global digital team
• Perform updates to website content in content management platform (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Generate and report out weekly statistics, monthly analytics and ad-hoc reports as requested from multiple systems
• Decommission migrated sites or implement redirects where necessary
• Work with stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve the customer experience on the country sites
• Work closely with digital marketing colleagues and IT on any new website requirements as requested by the business

Qualifications

Education Level Required

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar “

Years And Area Of Experience Required

• 3-5 years of experience working directly with online initiatives (websites, web applications, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently.
• Strong marketing, analytics and project management skills

SkillsTechnical knowledge

• Content management experience a must, preference with Adobe Experience Manager
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet)
• Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills
