We are now working as a team first, remote friendly company, arranging monthly get-togethers and regular team retreats. We also have a co-working space in London for collaboration and socialising.

We are looking for a creative VP of Marketing who will lead a team of marketers during a period of rapid growth and disruption. You’ll create binge-worthy content that equally educates and entertains our users while relentlessly analysing data to unlock customer-driven insights and capitalise on high-impact opportunities.
You’re a master at captivating audiences with snackable content, continuously innovating, inspiring, and driving exponential organic growth. We’re looking for someone who can leverage their unrivalled marketing expertise to rocket token.com to new heights!

To help you best prepare, we’ve outlined the interview process for this role, we aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks:

30 minute google meets call with our Talent Specialist

1 hour google meet with our Chief Commercial Officer

1 hour google meet with our Head of Product Design

Online presentation of a case study to a panel

Final in-person meet with Mel our CEO

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Above all, you can architect and execute a plan to establish and dominate the narrative on snackable token investment.
  • You are an exceptional leader that will ensure our marketing team has what they need to continue to do their best work and be their best self.
  • You have hands-on experience in the crypto/web3 industry and can tap into the zeitgeist.
  • Your campaigns will inspire action while highlighting how we improve our user’s financial lives.
  • You have experience driving user engagement through personalised in-app content experiences.
  • You have experience with influencer-generated content.
  • You have previously managed influencer relationships and campaigns across social platforms and within in-app experiences.
  • You have experience generating content internally.
  • You will craft creative growth strategies fuelled by product-led innovation.
  • You are creatively gifted and can direct your team towards creating captivating content that communicates our story, and those of our users, to the world.
  • You have experience in coordinating partnerships with other top teams.
  • You are great at managing and building relationships with KOLs.
  • You have a strategic mindset and approach to organic growth.
  • You have successfully launched winning products in your previous roles.
  • You have a genuine enthusiasm and passion for our product.
  • You’ll be able to utilise data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities, optimise marketing campaigns, and improve overall marketing performance.
  • You keep your ears close to the ground with market research and stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques.
  • You have a fantastic understanding of the global media landscape.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Establish the narrative on Snackable token investment within the crypto sphere and start to reach our target audiences beyond it.

2. You will help build a booming customer base of 2M active users, driven by organic growth.

3. You will grow and cultivate a community of over 1,000 token content creators on our platform.

4. Strategically create FOMO to accelerate our growth.

5. You will attract KOLs to our platform.

6. You will partner with halo-token projects to champion their story on our platform.

7. You’ll inspire, develop, and empower our marketing team to do their best work.

8. You will be focused on driving growth and determining the best strategies to get there.

9. Work closely with product and design to optimise UX and brand growth.

10. You’ll create captivating campaigns that evolve our brand as we expand.

11. Stay on top of market research and industry trends to keep us ahead.

12. Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while establishing benchmarks.

13. Leverage your broad marketing expertise in CRM, social, performance, brand, and product marketing.
