What will you be doing?
Adarga is a rapidly scaling up organisation and we are growing our Design Team. You will need to understand Human-centred Design and be able to use the Design Thinking Process. We are growing our team and are looking for an Middleweight User Experience
Designer to join us. Our small team of designers work on innovative and exciting projects. You’ll be working on cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job. We are looking for a talented Designer with a passion to positively impact the lives of many through the use of user centred design, technology and purposeful innovation.

Interview Process
In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit for Adarga. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.
In this meeting, you will meet with your potential team members who will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. This is a chance for you to gain a better understanding of our UX processes and practices too.
You made it to the very last stage! Here we will look to gain a better understanding of your experience to date, a chance to walk through a project you have worked on before and give you an opportunity to see the wider team during an informal talk.
