We are one of the leading Haskell consultancies in the fintech, blockchain and AI space, with a passion for Haskell and open source software. We are looking for a fully-remote bid coordinator to to help out with UK Government Contracts bidding.

The Bid Manager will manage the pipeline of bids ensuring that all associated bid stage and qualification data is kept up to date. Responsibilities include the co-ordination of people, resources, and tasks to produce the bid proposal documents, and manage the collaborative document workspaces, version control, processes, and procedures. The role requires the ability to manage several bid opportunities / proposals at varying stages of development to challenging deadlines whilst providing high levels of attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the pipeline of opportunities within the bid tracker, ensuring that key data is kept up to date
  • Monitor and filter the bid opportunity mailbox for new opportunities and updates
  • Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial and legal
  • Managing and monitoring Customer bid portals and the two-way flow of information including Clarification Question submissions, document upload/download and disseminating information to team members
  • Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format and checking for bid compliance
  • Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards
  • Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners
  • Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes
  • Promote collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices
  • Manage and maintain document sets giving access to the required team members.

Measure of Success

  • Fully maintained and up to date bid pipeline tracker and associated document sets
  • Fully compliant, high quality, on-time proposal delivery


  • Proven ability in administering and assisting with the qualification of a pipeline of bid opportunities.
  • Experienced in the coordination and management of bid proposals through the full lifecycle from initial qualification to planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment.
  • Experienced in typical bid stages and milestones, including bid kick-off meetings, planning sessions, review meetings, document production and delivery.
  • APMP Apprenticeship or Foundation qualification
  • Experience using MS Office Suite
