Who are we?

EMURGO is the official commercial and venture arm of the Cardano project. As a founding member of the Cardano protocol, EMURGO develops, supports, and incubates commercial opportunities and helps integrate businesses into our blockchain system.

Due to the continual success and growth plans for 2023/2024, we are looking to find a Marketing Manager to join our team newly developed Marketing Shared Services Function.

What is involved?

You will be responsible for helping build out a global marketing strategy with the Director of Marketing and team. There will be a big focus on Marketing Operations and on customer acquisition/performance media strategy and team management. You will act as the account manager bridging the gap between the business unit leaders and the marketing teams. Prior agency experience will be critical so that you can vet proposals and manage business partner expectations whilst keeping them accountable. You will collaborate with the industry as a whole and other partner to drive the offline and online marketing strategy and product content marketing activities whilst mentoring and leading a small but growing team.

• Strong digital corporate media agency experience.
• Sophisticated digital planning experience.
• Passionate about mentorship, leading teams, project planning.
• An excellent media optimization perspective.
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS content marketing.
• Perfect conduct of English language both written and spoken (native-level).
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Empathy, you understand business unit and community feedback and will put yourself in their mindset and make actionable decisions based on it.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity.
