About this role:

The ideal Senior Graphic Designer will bring a mix of nuanced design skills to our internal creative agency. We are looking for an experienced artist, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to an award-winning level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for modern design, a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience, and a portfolio of work that proves it.

What you’ll do:

• Designs and develops a wide range of TD SYNNEX marketing collateral using both digital and traditional methods and modern event theme concepts with expert attention to detail.
• Acts as a leader and mentor to other designers and inspires the team with industry-leading creative excellence.
• Collaborates with copywriters, traffic managers and account managers to clarify objectives, due dates and expected deliverables in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Presents design concepts in collaboration with supervisors to stakeholders and management.
• Acts as a brand consultant, helping to assure co-workers across the organization stay in compliance.
• Stays up to date on modern design trends, key technologies, market and industry trends affecting company business segments.
• Prioritizes work and provides project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with manager or supervisor.
• Contributes with the organization of TD SYNNEX’s library of creative assets, including images, logos, etc.
• Ensures brand is communicated effectively in all marketing materials whenever possible.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in position discipline preferred, e.g., Marketing, Graphic Design or Advertising, plus four or more years relevant experience preferred.
• Agency and corporate marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a mastery of design software and asset management applications used by design team and should be proficient in all Office applications.
