As A social Media marketing manager you will be capturing the best content to promote our brands. They are responsible for taking client pictures, capturing videos, and coming up with creative content ideas & strategies to keep us at the top of our game.. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Provide full on-the-ground marketing support and engage with the editorial news team as the key marketing contact. Collaborate to develop shared processes and determine best practices for key initiatives and projects. Maintain marketing data to track and analyze marketing campaigns and promotions. Report on marketing campaign results. Lead key initiatives such as the community events activations, localization of campaigns, and management of the traffic and programming guides
Requirements
- College degree, a Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple requests at once with strong organisational skills
- Team player, with willingness to support the administrative team, as required
- Proficient use and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift boxes/packages up to 40 lbs
- Self management skills
- Experience creating reels, and editing needed. Instagram preferably
- Must be willing to be on your feet the entire shift
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be a team player
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain on task for extended periods of time
- Must be creative and willing to be on camera
- Must have experience editing digital content for social media platforms
Responsibility
- Clock In / Clock out for shifts
- Ensure you are in uniform, hair and make up standards
- Complete open / close tasks & forms per shift
- Follow salon standards for behavior and general workflow
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the salon
- Offer excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with Stylists about capturing client content
- Create and publish high quality digital content across multiple channels: YouTube, company websites, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, blogs, Snapchat, Mailchimp, and occasionally for print production (brochure, signage, etc.)
- Plan and execute all web marketing, email campaigns, social media, print marketing, and ad buying campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain social media presence; focus on social media strategy that converts to sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate with all levels of the team
- Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet & prioritize achieving deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expert eye for design and image/brand compatibility
- Proficient in editing: Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and other Social Media apps
- Measures and reports performance of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
- Brainstorms and implements new and creative growth strategies through marketing
- Collaborates with internal teams to optimize client experience
- Evaluates emerging apps
- Experience with Shopify marketing is a plus
- Handle client questions promptly, professionally and courteously
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy
- Talk about any issues, concerns, positive/negative feedback
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or clients in the salon that require attention
- Assist in all areas of salon operations as requested by management
Experience
- 1+ years of professional office administration experience,
- Experience using a multi-line switchboard, an asset
- Experience performing data entry and document management

Salary: $33,872.91-$41,000.07 per year
