We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead our SEO efforts. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, managing a team, and driving organic traffic growth for our clients. We are looking for someone with a strong background in agency work, expertise in tools like Ahrefs, and a proven ability to manage backlinks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic growth for clients.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Lead a team of SEO professionals, including writers and outreach specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to implement on-page and technical SEO enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, search console data, and other SEO tools to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies are up-to-date and effective.
• Manage and optimize backlink profiles, including overseeing outreach efforts, building relationships with authoritative websites, and monitoring link quality.
• Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to clients and internal stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging SEO techniques and tools, evaluating their potential impact on our clients’ digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of driving organic search growth and improving search rankings.
• Strong expertise in SEO tools, including Ahrefs and other industry-standard platforms.
• Experience managing backlink profiles, conducting outreach, and building relationships with authoritative websites.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of SEO professionals.
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO best practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
