Scope of the Role

As the Senior SEO Specialist, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve online visibility for our diverse range of clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing performance data, executing SEO campaigns, and keeping abreast of the dynamic SEO landscape. By collaborating with other marketing team members, you will contribute to achieving our clients’ digital marketing goals.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.
• Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable opportunities and analyze competitor strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and interpret SEO performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with various marketing team members to ensure alignment of SEO objectives with overall marketing efforts.
• Project Management: Manage both offsite and onsite optimization projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Generate comprehensive performance reports for clients.
• Website Optimization: Oversee all SEO aspects of client websites, from conducting initial audits to ongoing optimization efforts, aiming to enhance organic rankings and user experience.
• Staying Current: Continuously stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices, incorporating innovative strategies into our campaigns.

• C1 English level: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders. (Must Have)
• 5+ years of proven experience as an SEO analyst/specialist or in a similar role or related field. (Must Have)
• In-depth understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with a track record of successful SEO implementations.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard SEO tools and Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or Moz to analyze data and inform strategy.(Must Have)
• Proven experience in SEO reporting and conducting thorough SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team, coupled with strong organizational capabilities.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaborative work.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
