Sinch Email is seeking an accomplished product manager with experience optimizing customer acquisition, activation, and retention to drive the growth of the business!

As Senior Product Manager, you will define, build, and optimize product experiences that grow Sinch Email’s core businesses. Improving the entire funnel from user acquisition to customer retention to expansion will be central to your role. You will work closely alongside other product managers in the product planning process to ensure our roadmap and growth initiatives go hand in hand. You will drive strong decision-making through quantitative experimentation as well as through qualitative research and customer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build a growth strategy that focuses on increasing the retention and lifetime value of our customers.
  • Communicate product plans and generate agreement by presenting your recommendations and providing updates to executives, peers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Define how growth experiments will function by working closely with peers, UI/UX designers and engineers in design sessions, UI/UX reviews, A/B testing, and usability testing.
  • Prioritize and manage the near-term and quarterly growth backlog alongside engineering through regular planning, backlog grooming, and iterative releases.
  • Analyze and report on top-of-funnel metrics and how they are impacted by growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Natural team-oriented leader with the ability to lead cross-functional, co-located, remote teams
  • Background in conducting A/B tests with experience implementing concurrent experiments to determine what will drive acquisition, activation, up-sell, and retention
  • Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and data analytics tools, including using the data to analyze, report, and make product decisions
  • Proven track record to prioritize development based on effort, likelihood of success, and usage and revenue potential
  • Experience with end-to-end user-centered design process, from strategy, to concept, to final product.
  • Solid understanding and expertise in all phases of the product development life cycle
  • Willingness to do whatever is needed; general manager / owner mentality
  • Very strong verbal and written communications skills
