Work with the various marketing pillars to identify opportunities in our journeys based on data and disseminate insights and actions to implement.
Be a key cog in the marketing and sales relationship and ensure our campaigns, processes, and tracking are seamlessly integrated and optimized.
Work with the wider RevOps team to ensure our CRM captures the information we need to report on marketing effectiveness and roll out iterations to constantly enhance our activities.
Help define high-performing lead scoring criteria for our various revenue streams so we can capture and fill quality pipelines per product.
Lead on marketing attribution best practice across departments to support marketing spend on the right channels.
Lead on processes automation, making sure we operate at maximum efficiency, delivering the right messages, at the right prospects, at the right time.
Co-ordinate marketing launches to ensure all departments are aligned, on track, and set-up for success.
Line management responsibility of our Data Operations Exec to ensure all new data is nurtured effectively and that our campaigns are continually optimized.
Support with the integration of new tools and tech as and when required and ensure they are correctly implemented and adopted.
Own the week-to-week maintenance of Segment (our CDP) as well as any integrations and new audience requests as required.
Vet new tools and tech as required to ensure they’re fit for purpose, integrate with the rest of our stack, and help us achieve our goals – as well as proactively spotting gaps in our existing tech stack.
