Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Type of job: Remote
Country: United Kingdom
City: London
Company: Pmmalliance

Description of the offer

From product marketing to sales enablement to customer success to finance – and more, we’re home to 14 (at the time of writing!) thriving communities that collectively unite 100,000+ professionals worldwide. Organisations partner with us to reach our niche engaged communities through branding, thought leadership, and lead generation programs.

We’re a fast-growing and moving org and we need an experienced MarOps whizz to help us ensure we’re operating efficiently, leveraging automations, have accurate + easy-to-access reporting & dashboards at our fingertips – and more.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll:

  • Own the end-to-end build and maintenance of the entire marketing department’s reporting and dashboards using platforms like Salesforce, Google Data Studio, Geckoboard, and more.

  • Work with the various marketing pillars to identify opportunities in our journeys based on data and disseminate insights and actions to implement.

  • Be a key cog in the marketing and sales relationship and ensure our campaigns, processes, and tracking are seamlessly integrated and optimized.

  • Work with the wider RevOps team to ensure our CRM captures the information we need to report on marketing effectiveness and roll out iterations to constantly enhance our activities.

  • Help define high-performing lead scoring criteria for our various revenue streams so we can capture and fill quality pipelines per product.

  • Lead on marketing attribution best practice across departments to support marketing spend on the right channels.

  • Lead on processes automation, making sure we operate at maximum efficiency, delivering the right messages, at the right prospects, at the right time.

  • Co-ordinate marketing launches to ensure all departments are aligned, on track, and set-up for success.

  • Line management responsibility of our Data Operations Exec to ensure all new data is nurtured effectively and that our campaigns are continually optimized.

  • Support with the integration of new tools and tech as and when required and ensure they are correctly implemented and adopted.

  • Own the week-to-week maintenance of Segment (our CDP) as well as any integrations and new audience requests as required.

  • Vet new tools and tech as required to ensure they’re fit for purpose, integrate with the rest of our stack, and help us achieve our goals – as well as proactively spotting gaps in our existing tech stack.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a MarOps role.

  • Experience using Segment, Salesforce, Zapier, GDS and GA4.

  • You’re a natural and proactive problem-solver with a process-driven mindset.

  • You’ve got great communication skills with key stakeholders across departments.

  • You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision.

  • You’re passionate about using and understanding the data behind WHY things happen and use this to shape your campaigns.

  • You expertly balance and prioritize your daily to-do’s, as well as your short-term and long-term planning.

  • You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say “yes” to taking on new things.

  • Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate business changes, or to bounce back from subpar results.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced start-up, target -driven environment.
