Headquartered in the Chicago area, our team of designers and ecommerce experts are constantly developing new lighting options to illuminate modern spaces.

We are seeking an organized and deadline-oriented Recruiting Virtual Assistant to support the talent acquisition needs of our growing ecommerce company. As our new Recruiting VA, you will manage key hiring administration tasks like job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and transcription. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting a fast-paced recruitment function.

  • Position: Recruiting Virtual Assistant
  • Location: Remote
  • Type: Part-Time (typically 10-12 hours per week)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Job Post Management: Draft, post, and manage job listings on various platforms to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review incoming candidates by evaluating qualifications, screening questions and pre-employment assessments to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Interview Transcription: Create accurate transcriptions of recorded and live interviews
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries and providing timely updates on the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, preferably supporting HR, recruiting, or hiring
  • Strong knowledge of job portals and platforms.
  • Proficient in transcription software and tools.
  • Familiar with Google Suite, MS Office, and recruiting tools/ATS
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce industry is a plus.
