We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who is curious, efficient at problem solving and finds creative solutions to help guide, structure and organize a rapidly growing team and company in health, wellness and culture. This role is integral in making the in-house creative teams work efficiently and effectively. As a Project Manager for the Growth Creative team, you will handle critical responsibilities, including managing schedules, budgets, and implementing processes. Your primary task will be to streamline efficiency for our Growth Creative tasks. Your influence will help create a harmonious environment where creativity and innovation can flourish. Your strategic insights, organizational skills, and management acumen will play a pivotal role in our ongoing growth and success.
AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $65,000 – $85,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
