TechOp Solutions, a leading provider of innovative solutions to the Federal, state, and local agencies is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of different backgrounds and interface will individuals at varying levels of leadership throughout government and private sector domains. Candidates should have familiarity and experience working with IT projects and programs.

Product Marketing Manager responsibilities include:

 

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop and articulate clear and compelling positioning and messaging for products, highlighting key differentiators and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and stakeholder requirements.

 

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market research, target audience identification, and channel selection.
  • Collaborate with product development, stakeholder engagement and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market success.

 

Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Use market intelligence to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

 

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including product guides, presentations, and other materials to support the team.
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, and email.

 

Performance Analytics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing efforts.
  • Use data insights to continually optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

 

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of product marketing experience or a MA/MS degree.

Skills:

  • Proficient in communication, change management and mobilizing and engaging stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience developing product marketing plans.
  • Experience in conducting market research.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills to promote the adoption of new tools. Must be able to engage audiences across remote environments.
  • Experience working with government agencies and stakeholders.
