Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of our AdTech products and platforms (odds integration, widgets,…)
• Work closely with Sales and Development teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Collaborate with Developers and Graphic Designers to identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay on track.
• Gather and analyze data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive product innovation and create respective product roadmaps.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends including a suitable pricing strategy.
• Proactively claim regular feedbacks from key stakeholders (clients and publishers) to understand their needs and how we can meet them.
• Conduct in-house testing to guarantee product quality.

• Proven hands-on iGaming experience especially in sports betting is a crucial factor for this position.
• Basic knowledge of sales and development (API, data,…)
• Strong understanding of advertising technology and ad-serving solutions within the sports betting industry.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.
• Good command of English, both written & spoken.
• Based in Europe.
