Your responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Product manager to join our team, with a combined ability to play a product manager role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, as well as leading product innovation. Your major responsibilities will be:

  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Gain a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps consistent with company vision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital innovation.
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Work closely with curriculum managers and engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Drive product launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other product management team members.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  • Perform product review calls with school administrators and teachers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, digital Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 4-8 years’ experience in a digital “product-led-growth” management role.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
  • K-12 work experience is a big plus.
