To aid our mission, we’re on the hunt for an experienced Pinterest Account Manager & Graphic Designer who can help us expand our site via Pinterest.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Pin Creation & Design:
   • Design and schedule 50 visually appealing and informative pins daily that align with our brand and content themes.
   • Ensure pins reflect strategic intent and capture audience attention, driving them to OJDS content.
2. SEO-Optimized Content:
   • Craft compelling, SEO-optimized pin titles and descriptions that improve discoverability.
   • Research relevant keywords that resonate with our target audience and incorporate them.
3. Board Management:
   • Create and manage SEO-optimized Pinterest boards that align with our content pillars.
   • Regularly re-evaluate and refresh board content to keep them current and relevant.
4. Engagement & Growth:
   • Actively engage with other Pinterest users by commenting, repinning, and collaborating on group boards.
   • Implement strategies to increase followers, repins, and click-throughs to the OJDS blog.
5. Research & Strategy Development:
   • Conduct continuous keyword research to keep abreast of trending financial topics.
   • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm pin-worthy content ideas based on keyword insights and Pinterest trends.

• Proven experience in managing and growing Pinterest accounts, preferably for content-driven brands or blogs.
• Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO and algorithms.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. You know how to design pins fast and efficiently.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Passion for financial literacy and a good understanding of OJDS’s mission.
