Description of the offer

As a Paid Media Specialist – Lead Generation Manager, you will be working with our Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Lead to develop our lead generation media strategy and ensure effective implementation of the highest impact Performance opportunities for the acquisition of Event Creators.You’ll partner with the Marketing, Content and Demand Generation teams to ensure that our Paid Media strategy and our content strategy are intimately tied, and keep a constant pulse on the latest trends as they relate to our business.You will contribute to our current and future strategy as a part of the creator acquisition strategy and will be able to manage and create paid campaigns aligned with our goals.YOU WILL

  • Execute Paid Media campaigns and optimize media spending across performance tactics to improve acquisition metrics.
  • Monitor active campaigns in order to achieve projects as well as company goals.
  • Focus on performance strategy campaigns.
  • Develop remarketing campaigns, manage audience segments and create new ones to reach our target.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics and identify levers to improve funnel conversion.

The Skillset

  • 5+ years experience in managing large scale campaigns across diversified channels (paid, organic, web, social media, influence marketing, etc…).
  • Lead Nurturing experience across platforms like Hubspot.
  • Platform and tool independence – able to thrive using any platform, with deep understanding of the digital marketing fundamentals applied to B2B acquisition strategies
  • Strong understanding industry standard marketing channels and metrics used within them
  • Passion for staying current on the latest marketing trends
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience working in cross-functional growth teams
  • Experience in B2B & SMB marketing, video marketing and vertical audience marketing
  • Experience using A/B test tolls (Google optimize, AB Tasty)
