This is FULL-TIME and FULLY REMOTE!

The Role

As a Paid Growth Strategist, you will BE the go-to resource for select clients. You understand a brand’s pain points, financials, project scopes, brand, and strategic growth needs. This role requires a go-getter attitude, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to take charge and deliver exceptional results for our clients by delegating priorities to your media buyers. If we could describe the perfect candidate for this role, words like analytical, strategic, proactive, conversion-focused, and challenger come to mind.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related work experience in paid media
  • 3+ years of Facebook advertising experience
  • 3+ years of search advertising experience
  • 2+ years as the primary growth manager for e-commerce DTC brands
  • You have a customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify pain points and anticipate client needs
  • Your a natural when communicating with people from the C-Suite to Entry Level
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets in the 5-7 figures
  • Experience running paid digital advertising campaigns on channels outside of Meta and Google
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify difficult concepts and have difficult conversations with clients
  • Strong Skills in Google Sheets/ Excel
  • Ability to identify the core KPIs and best growth strategies for E-commerce brands – even when the founders of said brands may not know them- and understand when/how to effectively and strategically communicate true core KPIs to the clients
  • Ability to coordinate marketing projects and work with multiple marketing execution team members
  • A strong background in direct response copywriting, and research for direct response copywriting. The ideal candidate is capable of writing a 500-1,000 word advertorial or sales page that will convert well
  • A strong eye for visual creative (image and video) and design
  • A working knowledge of conversion rate optimization and the ability to provide optimization suggestions to clients
  • A passion for E-commerce marketing and commitment to mastering the craft of growing E-commerce brands
  • Ability to read and analyze data and pull insights from that analysis that will help improve client results
  • Passion for learning and helping others learn and the humility to do so (no egos)
  • Experience working in Google Analytics and with 3rd party tools like Triple Whale & Northbeam
  • Customer-centric with a challenger mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building external and internal working relationships
  • Strong presentation skills

 

What Success In The Day To Day Looks Like

  • Developing and delegating a full-funnel ad account strategy for your clients.
  • Providing excellent, clear, and timely feedback to clients through email, slack, and conference calls.
  • Plan, design, and coordinate with media buyers to maximize pod book of business
  • Brainstorming big ideas, campaigns, offers, and determining the best way to communicate to customers.
  • Showing up every day with the mission in mind of growing and serving your clients and teammates in everything you do
  • Drive client growth and maintain client relationships in a manner that positively impacts Whitelabeled Media’s growth and reputation
  • Take personal accountability and own the successes and failures for your client accounts and pod
  • Track and report results
  • Develop Quarterly Business Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews for your clients
  • Staying on trend and always pushing for innovation. Adapt to survive!
  • Contribute to team learnings and findings so the entire Paid Team can be better
  • Manage your priorities to directly reflect your focus on delivering the most important things to move the needle for your client accounts
  • Lead your team as a micro agency to hit monetary goals and drive success for your clients
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client questions
  • Participate in biweekly or monthly client calls and communicate with clients between call cadences with minimal oversight to craft and retain strong client relationships. Keeping them informed of progress towards goals.
  • Plan and lead meetings both internal and external

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range: $60,000-$75,000
