At the intersection of technology and creativity, our marketing team is expanding. We’re in search of a dynamic and talented Motion & Graphic Designer to help shape our brand’s visual presence, with a specific focus on our AI-fueled capabilities. In a team that also embraces AI as a cornerstone for productivity, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting incredible product videos, designing visually captivating graphics for ebooks, carousels, animations, and more. Experience the synergy of design and AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva, Midjourney, Elevenlabs, Descript or ChatGPT to enhance the production & creativity process results.

What you’ll be doing:

Producing and editing outstanding promotional product and brand videos – we’re looking for Apple style production level capabilities.
Designing high-quality graphics across various formats for social media and product showcases. Your designs will drive demand and crystallize our brand’s visual identity.
Hosting and managing webinars via platforms like Livestorm and Streamyard.
Filming, creating and editing professional videos for diverse platforms.
Crafting storyboards for videos and social media graphics.
Enhancing presentation slides and leaflets for maximum impact on both leads, customers and partners.
Overseeing our partner portal on Webflow, contribute to our main website on WordPress, build and manage websites for ForceImpact (the annual conference of ForceManager) and other events we partner with.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure designs and creative content align with business objectives and meet the desired impact.

What qualifications will make you stand out?

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in Motion & Graphic Design, particularly in a B2B setting.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animations, and design projects.
Passion for leveraging AI tools in the design process, including but not limited to Adobe Firefly, Canva, Midjourney, Elevenlabs, Descript, and ChatGPT.
Excellent communication skills with an obsession for detail and perfection.
