InfluenceX is seeking a qualified marketing mentor to join our online mentoring program for coaches, consultants, and content creators. As a marketing mentor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one mentorship to our clients to help them grow their businesses and increase their influence.

TasksKey Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised mentorship to coaches and consultants to help them grow their businesses and increase their influence
• Utilise your marketing expertise and experience in coaching and consulting to develop customised marketing strategies and plans for each client
• Work with clients to identify their goals and create actionable steps to help them achieve success
• Use your knowledge of marketing techniques and tools to help clients effectively reach and engage their target audience
• Collaborate with clients to measure and analyse the effectiveness of their marketing efforts

RequirementsEssential:

• Proven track record of successful campaigns for businesses in the coaching/consulting space
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
• Experience working with coaches, consultants, or small business owners is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Desirable:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Professional certification in marketing, such as a CIM or Google Ads certification
• Experience working with a variety of marketing tools and platforms
• Demonstrated success in helping clients grow their businesses and increase their influence
• Previous experience as a mentor or coach preferred

Skills Required:

• Expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing and lead generation strategies
• Ability to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored solutions accordingly
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision
• Expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing and lead-generation strategies
• Strong and timely communication skills in person, via video and via email.
• You will be personable and engaging in your delivery style
• Ability to learn how to navigate and use IT platforms quickly and effectively.
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with clients to achieve their goals

Additional Requirements

• A reliable internet connection and a desktop computer (PC or Mac). Tutoring cannot be delivered effectively via a tablet or phone.

Job Types: Part-time, FreelanceSalary: £15.00-£50.00 per hour.Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

This role is on a temporary and contractual basis.

Hours are requested of the mentor as necessary to meet a client’s needs.
