Genetec is a market leader and innovative technology company with a broad solutions portfolio that encompasses security, intelligence, and operations. We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist, North America who will be critical to the Segment Marketing team’s ability to deliver high-quality lead generation campaigns. Reporting to the Team Lead, Segment Marketing, you will execute an extensive, vertical market campaign program that will drive valuable leads to our North American sales organization.
What your day will look like:
- Project manage and execute integrated demand generation campaigns in Genetec’s largest sales region, North America. Campaign aspects include email marketing, digital advertising, social media marketing, webinars/digital events, and various lead generation programs.
- Support strategies developed by Segment Marketing Managers to deliver on lead engagement and conversion goals. You are their right-hand for campaign execution and will help the team operate efficiently.
- Manage all elements of lead generation programs – purchase requests, asset creation/submission, stakeholder coordination, lead collection/management, and measure/report results
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns, while ensuring all campaign components are in line with brand and messaging guidelines
- Monitor and optimize email campaign performance; keep a pulse on new content to enhance lead nurture efforts; collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to make necessary adjustments
- Liaise with Marketing Communications Manager to understand overarching brand campaigns; help integrate messages and strategies into segment campaigns, as relevant
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales and marketing counterparts, the corporate marketing team, technology partners, and other business stakeholders
- Establish deadlines and hold stakeholders accountable; track and update campaign progress through project management tool
- Analyze, monitor, and report on the performance of marketing campaign results on a regular basis, to help develop data-driven decisions
- Additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Minimal travel required (10% estimated)
About you:
- 3-8 years marketing and/or campaign project management experience
- True passion for campaigns and lead generation: You enjoy creating marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
- Naturally effective project manager: You have a knack for multi-tasking, are extremely detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM, data management and email marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo preferred)
- Proven experience with various digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, SEO, SEM)
- Skilled short-form writer of compelling emails, social media posts and digital ads
- Effective communicator within matrixed environment; comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiar with project management tools, Wrike preferred
- Work both independently and with others to achieve results
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar
