Doctena is looking for a talented, hands-on and self-directed Marketing Analyst to support a wide variety of projects and initiatives, ranging from mass media campaigns to content creation and communications. Directly reporting to the Senior Marketing Managers and having direct contact with the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment and surrounded by highly committed and experienced colleagues. A fast-growing company in the exciting digital health care industry!

As a Marketing Analyst, you will support the creation of new initiatives, as well as look for innovative ways of making the current processes and operations more efficient. As a data-driven professional, you will constantly test new ideas and concepts, and come up with data-based recommendations. Ideal candidates will be highly organized to be able to cope with multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, as well as proactive and willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to accomplish best-in-class results.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience (marketing, digital marketing, brand management, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related fields
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, proactive way of working
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a wider team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
