Dubme.io helps YouTube creators and media companies internationalize their content and extend their reach. By using our platform, customers can order translations for their content, manage the dubbing process with our reviewers, translators and dubbers, and finally Dubme employees can use the back office to manage all the involved personas in the platform, their roles, permissions and capabilities.

We’re looking for a sales and marketing specialist with experience to help us expand the reach of our solutions on the YouTube ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to join a high potential startup at early stages that will revolutionize how the industry manages this process, and work with its founders directly.
This is a hybrid position.

Roles and responsibilities

– Detect opportunities on the YouTube space and drive sales conversations until final agreement
– Improve sales funnel and processes
– Evaluate and explore alternative income sources, such as marketplaces or other C2C platforms
– Coordinate contract reviews together with legal teams

Qualifications

2+ years knowledge in sales development and/or digital marketing
In depth understanding of creator ecosystem, especially YouTube
Advanced English level (C1 or equivalent). Other languages to be considered

Skills
Strong communications and negotiation skills
Self-initiatived and proactive
Comfortable dealing with uncertainty. Solving problem skills.

Salary: 18000 – 22000 EUROS

Salary to be negotiated. Variable salary to be considered for strong sales oriented profiles.
