A central member of the team and reporting to the Client Services Director, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of retained marketing clients working with a wide variety of ecommerce and B2B clients across multiple business sectors.
You’ll be wholly responsible for providing an end-to-end service, managing the Client and also working with an internal team of channel and strategic specialists, to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with our clients commercial objectives. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with website developers to deliver enhancements to existing campaign landing pages too.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating client communication from annual strategic reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, through to weekly and monthly reporting, as well as internal performance reviews of client progress and performance.
You’ll identify areas of opportunity with Clients, collaborating with strategy and channel specialists to build quarterly plans and targets, ensuring the work Velstar delivers aligns with the Client’s wider business objectives and goals.
You’ll be able to deliver an exceptional client experience, and this will be at the forefront of everything you do. You’ll follow processes (both internal and Client facing) to ensure delivery standards, and client expectations are aligned. You’ll be an excellent communicator and listener, and be able to manage tricky situations and context switch when required.
